I, the undersigned on behalf of Tata Motors Finance Ltd. / Tata Motors Ltd. hereby authorise you Mr./M/s SHREE SAI SERVICES and
any of your offices,representatives, employees, to exercise the powers of repossession vested with us, in terms of the composite Loan Agreement
executed between us and the said Borrower.

The said Borrower has violated the terms of the said composite agreement by_making defaults in paying the monthly instalments. His/theirs over
dues, as on 13-09-2019 are Rs. 23240 . You, your offices, Representatives, Employees are hereby authorised to take all steps necessary thereof
and permitted under law to retake, recover and resume possession of the vehicle as per the details given above peacefully. Please note that, we
will not be responsible for any criminal action that may emanate in such process on account of your any unauthorlsed acts/omissions.

While repossessing please ensure that:-

1. The vehicle is empty without any passengers or any cargo in it.
2. The Inventory of all the items like tools, accessones etc, lykig in the vehicle is taken and the number of tyres are noted.
3. The RegistratignCertiflcate, Road Tax Book and Insurance Policy are collected.
4. The local police station has been informed in advance and an acknowledgement taken prior to the recovery of possession of the said vehicle.
5. The local police station is informed forthwith on recovery of possession of the said vehicle and acknowledgement taken.
After repossession of the said vehicle, please have the said vehicle taken to the nearest company approved parking yard and obtain Trust receipt
for said vehicle and items lying therein as per the inventory taken by you with In 24 hours of the repossession. You also need to report the
repossession with the inventory sheet and other documents to our office with in 24 hours of repossession of the said vehicle.
