o Overall handling Travel operations and coordinating with the Implant Travel
desk on a daily basis.
o Monitoring the day to day Travel requests, cancellations, date change,
postponement, and pre- ponement of the tickets as per the employee mail.
o Coordinating with the designated Travel vendor Yatra ATB for issuance of
the ticket in case of Cancellations / date change / amendments etc.
o Make sure that the Travel Invoices are submitted on the stipulated time frame
for making the vendor payments.
o Supervising the Canteen Lunch & Evening Snacks. Setting up the weekly
Lunch & Snack menu on weekly basis and confirming it to the vendor.
Obtaining the Invoices on monthly basis and submitting it to Finance with
approvals for payment release.

Car Dealers for obtaining the discounted Quotation price and vehicle delivery
status update to the employee.
o Annual Medicals – Scheduling the Annual medical appointments with
contracted Hospitals for annual check-ups on yearly basis.
o Vendor payments – Processing all the vendor payments after obtaining the
invoices from them and processing it to finance with approvals.
o Secunderabad & GIS office location: Supervising overall activities of the site -
Housekeeping, Electrical, Gardening, pest control, Canteen, Gym Trainer, etc.
o Obtaining the invoices from all Vendors and processing for payments
o Supervising the Housekeeping staff activities and monthly attendance.

for International Hotels in India by providing sales, marketing, research, PR and
media solutions to International Hotels, National Tourism Offices and Travel

From Dec’12 till date with GLH Hotels.

o Increased the revenue from last year to current year by 10.3% for GLH Hotels.
o Product awareness has been created to Travel partners on pan India by
attending Joint Road shows with Tourism Boards like London & Partners and
Visit Britain.
o New Corporate Accounts were signed like HCL for 800Rns per annum, IDFC
for 200Rns per annum.
o Social Media and Bookers Promotion has been done with Galileo for creating
the rebranding awareness to Travel partners on Pan India.

o Implant presentations done at BCD Travels, Fcm Travel Solutions, Jinkorp

o Market Awareness has been created for Accor by visiting major cities in
Southern India
o 15 new Mid-Scale corporate have been signed for Accor Corporate Web link
account with a potential of 200 – 400Rns per annum.

time frame by forecasting sales target and executing in a given time frame
thereby enhancing existing clientele.
