Main research question:


To what extent has the general lifestyle of the family changed to either more or less healthy?
Ans: In our times, we used have fresh, green fruits and vegetables. Unlike today, fruits and
vegetables are artificially ripened. Which is unhealthy for our system. Today most of us are
consuming fast foods, which is very easy and simple to prepare. But once again, unhealthy.
Sub questions:
Q1. How has the food that is served changed?
Ans: The lifestyle of the family has changed very much from now. First people live in joint
families. Now they live in nuclear. Both parents in the nuclear family go to work therefore it is
not easy to cook food and they use frozen chicken and meat .Before the food was cooked both
the times fresh and healthy now a days people uses ready to cook food in which different
chemicals are mixed they affect are health and body. Nowadays people like to eat pizza pasta
etc. At our times we used to have butter paratha (layers of cooked dough), vegetables, mutton
curry etc.

Q2. How has the practice of sports changed?


Ans: In earlier times, they would practice sports in school for half-hour, they would play games
like football and langdi.

Q3.How has the role of the school in children’s physical well-being changed?
Ans: In earlier they would do marching and some basic exercises.
