Ensure my company vehicle had all the necessary tools to carry out my duties for the day
Contact all my clients for the day and inquire about any additional information that may
be pertinent to be performing their respective jobs to complete satisfaction
Complete all tasks required to ensure my clients’ jobs are completed in an efficient
manner, to professional standards, and cleaned the work area following my duties
Complete end of day duties: leave truck in manner I found it, close out my jobs via the
company computers, and cash in any receipts for in-home sales
Check cleaning supplies in company vehicle to ensure the amounts available are adequate
for the shift
o Vacuum interior
o Wipe down all interior surfaces with proper chemicals: dash, windows, seats,
consoles
o If necessary, use a deodorizer to ensure car smells fresh for next customer
o Clean exterior of vehicle
Perform any additional duties required by company clients: drop vehicle off for
maintenance; gas up vehicle; report and take any pictures of visible damage
Check off vehicles cleaned on google sheets under proper classification: light clean,
medium clean, heavy clean

Inform customer of any promotions or services we have available to get them the best
deal and get the most out of their t.v, heighten their shopping experience as well as
improve their at-home experience

Take and manage reservation info (name, number, email, size of group, etc.) and relay to
manager
Greet guests as they enter with a friendly smile and quickly provide them with a table
and menus
Manage flow of guests entering (spread out guests among each server section) so that
while all servers receive a fair amount of work, no one gets overwhelmed (to the best of
my ability)
Quickly clear and reset tables as guests leave to ensure as minimal wait time possible for
any new guest; offer a friendly farewell gesture as guests leave (i.e. “Have a great day.”)
Make sure all machines and lights are turned off and door is locked before leaving

Sort through empty beer and wine bottles returned from customers and sort them into the
proper bins to be recycled
“Industry” bottles (coors light, Canadian, Budweiser, etc.) were to be put into boxes of
twenty-four bottles and stacked on a skid and then roped off to prevent from tipping
