 Ensure my company vehicle had all the necessary tools to carry out my duties for the day
 Contact all my clients for the day and inquire about any additional information that may
be pertinent to be performing their respective jobs to complete satisfaction

that will be to their satisfaction

 Inform customer of any promotions or services we have available to get them the best
deal and get the most out of their t.v, heighten their shopping experience as well as
improve their at-home experience

 Take and manage reservation info (name, number, email, size of group, etc.) and relay to
manager

 Greet guests as they enter with a friendly smile and quickly provide them with a table
and menus

 Manage flow of guests entering (spread out guests among each server section) so that
while all servers receive a fair amount of work, no one gets overwhelmed (to the best of
my ability)

 Quickly clear and reset tables as guests leave to ensure as minimal wait time possible for
any new guest; offer a friendly farewell gesture as guests leave (i.e. “Have a great day.”)

 Ensure that all drinks are brought to the table as soon as possible

 Accurately take tables’ orders so that they’re experience is as good as possible


 Periodically check on table throughout their stay to make sure all their needs are met and
that they don’t wait for anything where possible

 Politely offer farewell and thank them for their stay as they leave

 Efficiently manage multiple tables at any given time so that everything runs smoothly

 Communicate with co-workers to see if they need any assistance

 Politely acknowledge customers and offer assistance; provide any and all information I
possessed to help them find the product they were looking for as well as notify them to
any current sales that were ongoing

 Efficiently restock shelves with product, pull out skids for displays and sales

 cycle dairy products so that customers wouldn’t purchase expired goods

 Promptly attend to any spill in the store to maintain a safe environment for other co-
workers and customers

Bottle Sorter

 Sort through empty beer and wine bottles returned from customers and sort them into the
proper bins to be recycled

 “Industry” bottles (coors light, Canadian, Budweiser, etc.) were to be put into boxes of
twenty-four bottles and stacked on a skid and then roped off to prevent from tipping

 Maintain a clean and safe working environment
