Mr. Harry Craven

Sales Manager
Craven’s Discount Center
1837 Kelly Street
Waverly
Dear Mr. Bruyere:

The PAM 98 entertainment center you recently sold me had a defective

Circuit board (PCB) that had to be replaced while I was in my town.
Consequently I am requesting reimbursement of the expenses I incurred to
replace the board.

I bought the PAM 98 from your center on December 4, 2020. You gave me a 5%
discount and asked the technician to give it a good check over if I left it with him for 48
hours . (See attached sales invoice No. C5603)

But when I plugged in the PAM 98 at home, I found that the CD player did not work.
Because there was no local service center for the PAM line, I you took the entertainment
center to
Modern TV and Radio at 28A Waltham Avenue. They told me that Craven’s in Waverly
must have replaced this PCB because the name CRAVEN is stamped on it. They
explained that whoever inserted the circuit board did not align the pins properly and bent
them by forcing the board into its socket.

Please send me a check for $150, for the repair job on Modern TV and Radio’s
Invoice No. 1796.

Sincerely,
Saif eid
