simple del verbo board: to board; have: to have.
** esta frase tipicamente inglesa esta constituida por un vocablo, Let
permitir, conceder, etc., que cuando se usa como verbo auxiliar, sirve para
formar el imperativo al anteponerlo al suLeto nombre o pronombre; en este

Isabel: Michael, we're landing in a few minutes. I'm so excited
Speaker: fasten your seat belts no smoking, please.

* en español, cuando nos dirigimos a una empleada o empleado dedicado al
servicio del público, preferimos usar las palabras señorita, señor y otras, en
lugar de la palabra que designa la ocupación aeromoza, mesero, chofer,

Anticipating New Sales,

MISTER WALTERS: I'm happy to say that our sales for the last twelve
months have gone up 14.5% over last year's.
MISTER MORGAN: We mustn't overlook the fact that similar increases can
be shown for our two nearest competitors.
MISTER WALTERS: That's quite true, Jim, but they haven't spent the money
in development and expansion that we have.
MICHAEL: I'd like to add that the gross profits this past year in Venezuela
alone have risen 23.
Mistress BUCKLEY: That may very well be the case for this year. However,
the latest research reports show that our overseas markets are becoming
more and more competitive.
MISTER MORGAN: Hopefully, our new model will attract many small
concerns who have never used electronic computers before.
MICHAEL: We've lost many costumers simply because we haven't been able
to promise delivery in less than ten weeks.
MISTER BENSON: Mister Rivera, when our new shipping service goes into
effect this month, you can expect better performance in that area.
