DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire

Driven by UN OP S commitment to sus tainability and ris k management in procurement, the organiz ation launched in 201 8 the DRiVE
programme (De livering Res ponsibility in Ve ndor Engagement). The overall scope of D RiVE is to ensure that UNOPS vendors ope rate
res ponsibly and in accordance with high s tandards of integrity through the developme nt of a vendor ass essment, inspection and
corrective a ction-planning programme, with a particular focus on the as sociated areas related to human rights , labour rights, ethical
conduct, sexual e xploitation and abuse and environmental re spons ibility.

It is our endeavour to ensure that our vendors operate in accordance with the provisions contained in the U N Supplier Code of Conduct
and the UNOPS Procurement Manual and General Conditions of Contract. This supplier self-as sess me nt questionnaire is designed to give
us a be tter unders tanding of how your company manage s its impact, awareness and mitigation in these are as.

UNOPS embrace s the principle of continuous improvement. This is why the questions within the DRiVE Supplie r Sustainability
Que stionnaire refle ct the e xpectations that UN OP S has of all its suppliers . UN OPS hopes to form an open and honest dialogue with its
s uppliers in order to move toward a common direction of share d values . UNOPS will find its supplie rs to be at different stages in fully
adopting and imple me nting thes e standards and hence U NOP S will not be e valuating the input received on this que stionnaire (unles s
s pecifically indicate d on this tender's crite ria s ection). However, please note that U NOPS reserves the right to verify the completenes s
and accuracy of information provide d including by conducting a Ve rification/Inspection Vis it as part of our due diligence proce ss and in
the spirit of fostering the open and hone st dialogue and continuous improvement.
