Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme in Gallopers Housing Society, IBD.

Dear Sir,

1. As your firm has been qualified for the above said subject therefore, you are
requested to collect the tender document from this office after 21 st December, 2020 on
submission of Demand Draft amounting Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in favour of
Gallopers Housing Society having NTN 123456789 containing the following details:-

ii. Tenders and Appendices
iii. Forms
iv. General Condition of Contract Part- I
v. General Condition of Contract Part- II

2. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 23 rd December 2020 at 2000 hours at Main

Building of Gallopers Housing Society, Islamabad. You may coordinate to this office for the
site visit if desired.
3. Sealed tenders shall be opened on 25 th December 2020 at the same venue (vide
para above) at 1430 hours. Please insure submission of bids after stipulated time shall NOT
be accepted and returned as un-opened.
4. Bid Security of 2% of the bid price shall be enclosed with the Bid in a sealed
envelope in the form of DD/ Bank Draft (as specified in Special Condition of Tender
Documents). Tender submitted without 2% of Bid Security shall be rejected.
5. Please acknowledge and ensure compliance of above instructions.
