1. Weight scale: Weighing scales and systems from Avery Weigh-Tronix can help textile manufacturers
improve efficiency by measuring incoming raw materials, monitoring each stage of the manufacturing
processes and weighing outgoing bales of finished product.

4. Scissor: Generally scissor is made by iron or steel. Scissors are used in textile industry to cut Fabric,
yearn, interlining and paper etc to make shape to get desire garments product. Scissors are important
equipment in textile so there are many size of scissors are used in textile industry.

5. Fabric inspection machine: Inspection in reference to the apparel industry can be defined as the
visual examination or review of raw materials (like fabric, sewing threads, buttons, trims, etc), partially
finished components of the garments and completely finished garments in relation to some standards.

7. Forklift truck: A forklift is a powered industrial truck used to hoist and transport materials by means
of steel forks inserted under the load.

8. Boxes & container: Garment container are best suited to transporting items of clothing, as they
provide maximum protection against creasing, dust and dirt. Garment containers have bars for hanging
up items of clothing on coat-hangers. The bars are generally anchored in perforated rails in the walls.
The coat-hangers are secured by special clips. A horizontally openable curtain is located between the
door and the inside. The wooden floor is impregnated and lined with floor covering (carpet).

9. Pallet fork lift: A pallet jack, also known as a pallet truck, pallet pump, pump truck, dog, or jigger is a
tool used to lift and move pallets. Pallet jacks are the most basic form of a forklift and are intended to
move pallets within a warehouse.

11. Bin card: A BIN Card is a table that records the status of a good held in stock. A typical retailing
business with a large stock warehouse will use a BIN card to record a running balance of stock on hand,
in addition to information about stock received and notes about problems associated with that stock
item.

13. Table for inspection: Table inspection is the mainstream inspection method. It is also called “End of
the line inspection system”. It is the most original inspection system the civilization has discovered in
garment industry. Table inspection is done after the inline quality inspection.

14. Conveyor belt: Conveyor belts are also used to transport material into processing equipment and
back out again. These belts optimize productivity. In the food industry conveyors are used to deliver the
product to cooking or sealing equipment, then off to packaging.

17. Metal detector: In the garment industry, metal detection is an essential part of the production
process, metal detecting devices are utilized to detect needles that may have been accidentally lodged
in finished garments.

18. Testing equipment: In textile production, testing can be said to be a process through which the
properties of different kinds of substance is ascertained and assessed. Testing is an important segment
of the textile industry which helps to detect defaults inherent in machines or textile materials in other to
improve quality and enhance standard.

19. Button pull test machine: Button pulls test is used to determine the pulling strength of any type of
button and snaps used in garments. It is also used to determine the holding or breaking strength of
prong ring attached snap fasteners onto garments to ensure button fixed on the garments product
properly.

21. Winding machine: After winding yarn packages are used for making woven or knitted fabric.
Winding process can be defined as the transfer of spinning yarn from one package to another large
package (cone, spool, Cheese, P).
