The following conditions are reiterated.

1. Proper disinfection of work & stay premises to be ensured.

2. Thermal Scanning of every worker/staff to be done.
3. No employee from containment zone should be permitted under any circumstances.
4. Hand wash and sanitizer facilities to be provided at both work space and temporary accommodation.
5. Strict social distancing norms and face masks at workplace & temporary accommodation to be ensured.
6. The pass will stand cancelled if the unit falls within the containment zone at any point of time, or any of the
lockdown conditions are violated.
7. The employer shall issue photo identity card to those employees who will be utilized during the lockdown
period. A list of employees to be drafted shall be submitted to the local P.S. for information.

Please note that you are liable to be prosecuted as given in above mentioned memo for submitting incorrect
information or for violation of any lockdown measures.
