a. 8 years of service at sea of which one year must
have been as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
OR
b. 10 years service as Engineer Officer of which one
year must have been in the capacity of Chief
Engineer on a foreign going ship.
OR
c. 6 years service at sea of which one year must
have been as Chief Engineer or Second
Engineer.
2 Addi.Port Age.: be not more than 45 years of age.
