The project changes the work environment of the whole company. Traditional forms of
working are being challenged by new agile forms. Due to the change of requirements form
our customers, users and employees and the current situation with Covid-19 it is necessary
to provide a form of working which enables the company to further grow and be successful.
The current setup is not working anymore.

b. Measurable project objectives and related

success criteria
