consultant in JICA, Laos office for two years with related project on “Financial
Development and Corporate Fundraising Issues in Laos”, and was former assistant to
Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lao Securities Exchange (under Bank of the Lao

form and associated documents from potential listing companies, which are expected
to mobilize long-term investment fund through securities exchange. Moreover, I have

across my consultant term at JICA’s project.
