1 kg cooked rice;
2 kg Molasses

PROCEDURE
Stage 1
Put some cooked rice inside the bamboo pole (1/4 full of rice)
Cover it with 2 layered manila paper then tie with rubber bands
Wrap the bamboo pole with a clean cellophane then tie with
rubber bands (during rainy season)
Put label and date of fermentation;
Keep it under the bamboo forest for 3 to 5 days;

PROCEDURE
Stage 2 (after 5 days)
Open the bamboo pole and inspect the growing mold, discard
black colored molds, collect white-colored molds;
Weigh the recovered rice and molds and add molasses in equal
weight;
