Subject: Request to provide police protection

Dear Sir:
I, _________________ (Late) Muslim, Adult, residence of __________________ hereby request
the Honorable Sindh Police to provide me necessary police protection against my brother namely
___________________________ from causing any harm or injury whatsoever, in any manner.
Sir, my brother has threatened to kill me on grounds of misunderstanding and during the last
couple of days out of rage and anger he has caused me severe body harms. It was after my father
demise, my elder brother started doubting me and started assaulting me; both mentally and
physically. On the 10th September, 2020 my brother ____________brutally hit me. I also went
for medical examination whereby the duty doctor diagnosed that I have suffered from
hemorrhage and do not have physical and mental strength to bear any hardship It was due to this
reason; I had no option but to leave my parents house and shift to my uncle’s place on 10th

Sir, my brother has a strong intention of killing me. He is also aware about my whereabouts. My
father has died and my mother is also abetting my brother in his illicit acts against me. Hence, I
am left with no option but to write to the Honorable Sindh Police to protect me against my
brother and take serious, necessary actions against him.
It is also pertinent to bring into your knowledge that I am living with at my uncle place namely
_______________ with my free will, consent and decision was taken to protect my self from my
brother and mother. Furthermore, I hereby state that I will stay with my uncle as and when I
deem fit and necessary.
