The aim is to redevelop the site by providing a Affordable housing for the community
according to the site condition and lifestyle.

Also developing the site which has a good potential for tourism,
To design a beach resort for the tourists to stay

Master level planning with different characters together.

SCOPE:
Study on Affordable housing for community living, Master planning

Study on community development and services

Identifying the potential through understanding the site context, with SWOT analysis
and accordingly frame the relevant sustainable factors efficiently.
Designing with Major focus and consideration for quality vistas and Blending the built
space along the site characteristics.

Study macro level as well as micro level planning of an area.

100M FROM THE FORT IS CLASSIFIED UNDER PROTECTED ZONE, PERMANENT

STRUCTURES CANNOT BE BUILT.
