Pesticide use is an integral part of our company’s business and professional service offering. It is
important that all employees are aware of the product labels of the pesticides they use and why they are
so important. Today we are discussing:
1. COSHH hierarchy of controls (Don’t use chemicals, if need to use it then use the least toxic, etc)
2. Explore an insecticide label and a rodenticide label
3. Ask employees to read through and describe what information is on a label
4. Discuss and talk about the legal relevance of the label conditions (BPR, COPR)
