YOUR SPORT
The sport I practice is cycling, I have liked this a lot since I was little because when I ride a
bicycle, it goes at its own pace, enjoying the air that hits my face, the beautiful landscapes, and
it is also an individual sport and that you enjoy going alone with your thoughts likewise I like it
because it can be a risky sport since you go up mountains and you have to go down through
small places and of course you have to have good balance and be attentive, especially to enjoy
the beautiful experience. On the other hand, doing this sport helps to lose weight and gain
muscle tone, this sport is also considered low impact since it is gentler for our skeletal system,
cycling strengthens our cardiovascular system and increases metabolism. Likewise, by
practicing this sport twenty minutes a day at a moderate pace we are doing a cardio training
and thus we will be beginning a healthy life and about all its benefits doing it, the important
thing is that it is very fun and it is a fun and easy way to doing exercises, besides something
very important is that including cycling in our lives helps the planet with the pollution caused
by vehicles.
