Guidelines and Criteria

(POSTER MAKING CONTEST)

In celebration of the 2020 Foundation Anniversary, Catherina Cittadini (St.Louis) School is conducting
a Poster Making Contest for the Intermediate and JHS students. These are the contest mechanics
and guidelines:

1. All participants must be a bona fide student of Catherina Cittadini (St. Louis) School.

2. Intermediate and JHS advisers must give two (2) representative of said the competition.

3. The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme:

Theme: Cittadines Giftedness beyond COVID 19

4.   The winning poster will be featured on the timeline of each Virtual classroom. All finalists will be
given Certificates of Participation.

5. The entries will be judged according to the following criteria:


   CREATIVITY/PRESENTATION      40%
       ORIGINALITY                               30%
         RELEVANCE                                  30%

6.     The poster must be done in free hand using the following materials (to be provided by
contestant):

a. A ¼ -size illustration board (white background, vertical orientation) and regular pencil
b. Permitted coloring materials: oil pastel, markers, ink, oil, acrylic and water color

7.      Each artist must be given 3 hours to finish his or her posters.

8. After, they will take a picture of their final entry.

9. Each participants must submit their official entries to Mr. Aljhon C. Baco through MS TEAMS
CHAT.

10.     The student-artist is accountable for any issues that may arise with regard to the originality and
authenticity of the design.

11. The use of other materials not specified above is strictly prohibited.

12. The judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.
