1. In the exigency of the service you are hereby designated as DISTRICT

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT)
COORDINATOR OF Tago 2 District.

2. As DISTRICT INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT

COORDINATOR, you are hereby entrusted for the TRACKING OF SCHOOLS’
PROGRAM & PORJECT/SCHOOLS’ ICT INTEGRATION as well as to make
Action Plan for the enhancement of SCHOOLS’ PROGRAM &
PROJECT/SCHOOLS’ ICT INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES through school
initiatives.

3. You are hereby required to make Quarterly Report in three (3) copies of the
results findings and analysis as to the SCHOOLS’ PROGRAM &
PROJECT/SCHOOLS’ ICT INTERGRATION ACTIVITIES which will be reported
during the District’s regular meeting for presentation of accomplishments and for
record purposes which can be the basis for planning an intervention program.

4. Hence, the following ICT Teachers will be under your supervision.
