MIND STORM STUDIOS

Locally in gaming industry mind storm gaming studios is doing a great job. Studio especially
develops mobile games and applications only now a days. Their best game is cricket revolution
which is computer game. Mostly they are working for external clients.

PROJECT DATA:

• Location: Garden Town, Barkat Market, Lahore

• Area: 30 Marla approx.

SITE LOCATION:

BUILDING ANALYSIS:

It is a renovated double storey 2 kanal house. Lawn area is used as a parking space. Back yard
area is used for the recreation purpose. There is a tuck shop in the staircase lobby.
 PLANS (GROUND FLOOR + FIRST FLOOR)

There is parking space of approx. 10 cars. And 6 ft. wide passage is used for bike parking. They
have table tennis area and foosball table in the backyard as a recreational activity. Lounge areas
on the both floors are used as workstations some rooms are act as managing rooms, conference
rooms and some departments. Also, they have a sitting space one step um known as casual
sitting space. There are 55 employs working on 3 apps at a same time.

CONCLUSIONS:

INTERNATIONAL Market of digital multimedia is well established as compared to Pakistani

industry. Pakistani industry lies nowhere, the local industry has no identity, production houses
are established in the residential houses mainly. They lack facilities and technology which the
international media market has like graphic tablets, holographs, motion capture shoots and also
fitness and recreation facilities. There is a need to develop to promote the industry on larger
scale which represents the Pakistan industry in the international market.
