1. Pursuant to DepED Memo (DM) 43,.s, 2020 titled the Guidelines on the
Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) in the Department of Education
in light of the COVID-19 Stringent Social Distancing Measure and cited
by DM 56, s. 2020, DM 54, 2020 as the status quo of the Alternative
Work Arrangement (AWA) for DepED personnel.

2. Following the statement in DM 43, s. 2020 4.c, that monitoring and

reporting mechanism shall be adopted to validate the performance of
the assigned work and functions and ensure delivery of committed
essential services and priority programs. Each personnel shall submit at
end of the week an Individual Workweek Accomplishment Report.

3. DM 56, s. 2020 states that work arrangement for the officials and
nonteaching personnel in all DepED offices, units, and schools is
extended anew and teachers in DepED school nationwide shall work
from home until the issuance of the new guideline, except those
specifically authorized by the Regional Directors to form part of the
skeleton workforce who will render work in school, subject to
observance of COVID-19 health and safety measure is the status quo.

4. In line with the aforementioned issuances, our school shall adopt the

5. To avoid physical reporting of teachers in submitting the workweek

accomplishment report, an google sheets will be utilized where all
teachers shall input their daily task and accomplishment and that
workweek google sheet shall be checked and locked by the school head
on the last working day of the week at exactly 6pm.

6. Failure to reflect the accomplishment of the teachers in a particular day

means failure to perform the work from home assignments/tasks of the
on that particular day and tantamount as absent for that particular day.

7. This school memorandum is effective immediately.
