GDOE WEEKLY MODEL OF LEARNING SCHEDULE

The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) would like to inform stakeholders that a new weekly
schedule will be implemented at all GDOE schools during the third quarter.

All schools, with the exception of Vicente Benavente Middle School, F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle
School, and Simon Sanchez High School, will follow the schedule below:

Online Classes Online Classes Face-to-Face Face-to-Face Hard Copy, Food

Classes - Cohort Classes - Cohort Distribution, and
A B Intervention Day

Parents/guardians should contact each school directly for hard copy distribution times.
Parents/guardians should also contact schools directly with any questions regarding face-to-face
registration and schedules.

Vicente Benavente Middle School, F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School, and Simon Sanchez High
School are the only schools that will use three face-to-face cohorts. Due to the higher number of
face-to-face cohorts, these schools will follow the different schedule below:

In preparation for the transition to face-to-face classes, each school will conduct a school-specific
student and parent orientation over the next two weeks. For more information regarding orientation
dates and times, please contact your child’s school directly.
