Holy Spotless Uganda Ltd

Holy Spotless will perform the following office cleaning services for EFC
NO Services
1. Dusting
2. Washing (Kitchen- ware)
3. Polishing surfaces
4. Vacuuming of carpets
5. Cleaning of non-carpeted floor
6. Cleaning of all appliances, bathrooms
7. Trash removal

All labor, supervision materials and equipment required to perform these tasks will be
proved by Holy spotless company ltd at the approval of EFC
The terms of this contract shall begin / dated …………………… and continue until the
termination of this agreement (EFC) has sole discretion over ending this contact as well as
increasing or decreasing the scope of work and will notify.
Holy spotless ltd of any changes within (time….)

Frequency of services (EFC) will set the schedule upon which (Holy Spotless Company Ltd)
will provide cleaning services.

Day of service and service Hour

The below schedule is designed basing on the Head office, Acacia, Ndeeba branches. Other
branches workers will always live as long as they have finished their duties.
Monday from 6:30am – 4: 00pm
Tue from 6: 30am – 4: 00pm
Wed from 6: 30am – 4:00pm
Thurs from 6: 30am – 4: 00pm
Friday from 6: 30am – 4: 00pm
Sat from 7: 00am – 1:30pm

Within 24hrs and your and your issues will be settled at no additional cost in the event
That the dispute cannot be solved between (EFC) and Holy Spotless company ltd both parties
agree to enter into arbitration in the state of Uganda.

Holy Spotless Company Ltd agrees to observe all holidays of (EFC Company td) and perform
all services during the agreed upon days and times.

In the policy of Holy Spotless Company Limited that our team of cleans will not eat in your
office.
Use any of facilities, answer phones, or give access to outside visitors

Communication between our staff and (EFC) Company Ltd /employees. If cleaning services
are required during business hours, will be limited so as not to distract EFC company Ltd.’s
workers.

Pricing

The prices quoted herein will remain in effect for the length of this office of cleaning
contract, unless changes are agreed upon in writing by both parties cleaning services will be
performed on month to month basis, with payment. Due at the beginning of each month.
