Our role in Concentrix

Companies such as Concentrix transfer the coordination and operation of their activities to partners (such as
Manpower TBO) while they maintain control tools which allow them to monitor our performance as business
partners.

In this business we are responsible for recruitment and selection, hiring, training, human resources management
and labour legislation. Basically, we will be handling all the formal aspects of your relationship with the company.

Your work conditions:
Salary components

Salary component Description

Base salary 800€

Meal allowance 7,63€/effective day of work (paid on a meal card – Caixa Break)

Paid holiday allowance Paid in June (Last business day of June) *

Christmas allowance Paid in November (Last business day of November)

The paid vacation allowance will be paid in 2 tranches (50% each) – one in June and the other in December –
on the year of admission and subsequent.

Transportation
100€*

* This allowance is paid to employees who live more than 20km from the office. To qualify employees must
present a formal proof of their address from “Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira” website and an invoice from
utility services (Electricity, Water and/or Gas).

Incentive Scheme
To promote productivity and satisfaction level we currently have in place the following incentives
for the project you are about to join.
