This Employment HANDBOOK/SUB-AGREEMENT is made as of this 07-02-


2023 day of July 2023.

The Parties agree and covenant to be bound by the terms outlined in your
Agreement as follows:

2. Performance of Duties: Employee shall perform assigned duties and


responsibilities professionally, in good faith, and to the best of Employee’s skills,
abilities, talents and experience.

Base Salary: As compensation for the services provided by Employee under this
Agreement, Employer will pay Employee 14,390 AUD (fourteen thousand three
hundred and ninety Australian dollars Only MONTHLY.

Accommodation. Accommodation is free 3+1fully furnish apartments, around


the company estate.

The salary mentioned is your take-home salary, the company is responsible for
your tax.

B. Overtime

 Employee shall receive overtime compensation of 40 AUD/hr for each


hour worked:
 Beyond 2 hours in a week
 Employee shall be entitled to a weekly allowance of three hundred and
twenty Australian dollars (320 AUD) which will be paid at the end of
every working week to the employee's designated account.

Any additional compensation or bonuses paid to Employee shall be paid at the


sole discretion of Employer.
 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
 You are entitled to 2 months of Paid Leave which can be taken once at a
time or 2 weeks apart from one different period. *You will receive
14,390 AUD Take home for each leave Period. *Employer for each Inter-
continental trip shall pay 2,500AUD flat rate travel/entertainment
Allowance to the employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class

 ANNUAL LEAVE/HOLIDAYS

 You are entitled to one-month annual leave in addition to three-month


gazette holidays observed by the Company.

 TRANSFER/SECONDMENT
 You are subject to transfer to any place where the Company has an office
or when required in the course of performing your duty. A female
employee on leave because of a miscarriage or abortion shall be
considered to be only on normal sick leave

 You will be entitled to Maternity leave as per company law. Such leave
is to be taken on doctor's written orders. The maternity leave will be
on a fully paid basis as long as the Employee has served for at least
one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date of first
confinement.

 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the
disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry
and dry-cleaning service will also be made available to all Expatriates
by the company's laundry and dry-cleaning unit.

 SPONSORSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP.

The Company maintains a policy to give study scholarship to one child of our
staff. This study Scholarship is to assist our work staff to give quality education
to one of their Children with the Prospect of working with our Company in the
future or any other place of choice so decided by the Scholarship beneficiary as
part of our social responsibility to our staffs in appreciation to quality service
delivery for the progress of our Company over the years.
Financial compensation

*Overtime: 40AUD/hour (hourly non-exempt)*

*Relocation compensation: Will cover 100% of relocation fees including travel,


packing services and home sale assistance.*

*Raises: Yearly cost-of-living raise of 1.3% plus up to 5% pay increase based on


performance reviews*

*Parental leave: 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents, additional 8 weeks at
half wages. Unpaid time off on an as-needed basis.*

*Memberships: Free standard gym membership, discounted special classes*

*Transportation vouchers: 50% off monthly train ticket or gas reimbursement


based on commute.*

*Employee assistance programs: Access to 24/7 EAP with financial planning,


counselling and addiction support services.*

Office hours: 0900-1700hrs
