CREATING PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITES
As a promotional manager three of the most important
sector (advertising, marketing, promotions) promotion is one of
the most important role. So to stay active in the market we
have to creat our promotional activities by
1. Advertising:  you can advertise your product, service or
brand in newspapers, radio, television, magazines,
outdoor signage and online
2. Personal selling:when we use the people as sales force to
sell the goods/product after metting face to face with the
customer and the customer promote the product by their
experince,attitudes and product knowledge.
3. Sales promotion:It can be defiened as a main elements of
promotion which effects majority of the product sell by
Discount product,free shipping,flash sell etc
4. Public relations:in production promotion it is conducted
to promote and protect the image of the companyand
product is the eyes of the public.
5. Direct marketing: it helps the company to sell the product
to customers with handeling with the third party so the
cost can be ifficency and the company present their
product to the customer by emailing promotional
post,text,leaflet,social media marketing etc.
CONTROL PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

To control the promotional activities we have to maintain some


sectors very wisely such as :
1.Market share analysis: it helps to indicates how well the firm
is doing in the marketplace which is selected by the company
compared to its competitors.
2.sales analysis: it helps to have the knowledge which product
is getting sold well and which is not and helps to measure the
effectiveness of a sales force.
3.Quality controls:  its make sure the processes are functioning
correctly and the consumers are getting what they are sold to.
4.Ratio analysis: its a quantitative method of gaining insight
into a company's liquidity, operational efficiency, and
profitability by studying its financial statements such as the
balance sheet and income statement
5. Feedback from customers satisfaction surveys:  customer
satisfaction (CSAT) score is then calculated based on the
response and this sums up the quality of customer.
BUDGETING

Budgeting is the process that helps to make a plan where to


spent money and where to not and spending plan is budget.it
allow us to analysis/forcast whether there will be enough
money to invest in this because if the money gets short then
the budgeting was wrong and it will mess up the investments of
the company so it should be done wisely.budgeting is like a
weight scale which balance the expense and income because if
the expence is bigger then income then their will be losses at
the end.so to have a secure and good plans the budgeting
should be good and well decied.
CO-ORDINATION
Coordination is the function which ensures that different
departments and groups work in sync. Therefore, there is unity
of action among the employees, groups, and departments. It
also brings harmony in carrying out the different tasks and
activities to achieve the organization's objectives efficiently.And
its helps to bring together the human and material resources of
the organization. It helps to make optimum utilization of
resources. These resources are used to achieve the objectives
of the organization. Coordination also minimizes the wastage of
resources in the organization.
CREATING AND PRODUCTION OF AD
There are some process to creat or produce an AD. So
mentioning some the impotance once:
1.select the audience the ad is making for so it can be reaced to
them very easily.
2.Conducting Marketing Research will help to know what the
audience want .
3.Choose a Platform is very necessary beacuse not all people
watch televishion this days so we have to select the biggest
platfrom such as online
3.A budget should be build because it can help on how much
money is to spent
4.Determine Measurements of Success and Set Up Tracking the
customers to sell the product.
5.Launch Your Ad.
PLANNING AND MEDIA SCHEDULE.
Media planning includes all such decisions like selecting
appropriate media, appropriate media mix and deciding
the scheduling of advertisement. Media Scheduling refers to
the pattern of timing of an advertising which is represented as
plots on a flowchart on a yearly basis. The plots in the flowchart
indicate the pattern of periods that matches with favorable
selling periods. All these decisions help the organization in
achieving advertising objectives, i.e. to communicate the
message to target audience and thus to promote sales. It will
produce the best overall effect relative to the needs of the
advertised brand.it general should involve optimum benefits in
the long run.
MONITORING
Montoring force to Keep records of marketing activities,
tracking the following aspects of your initiatives:
1.Media used:when the product use the media for its
advertising it have to be monitor that is it generating enough
money by selling product that was invested in its advertising.
2.Timing of the promotion: there are some times in the year
when customers wait for offers like critsmas,black Friday etc so
it should be monitor that the offers is not getting over .
3.Cost: monitoring cost is very important because if the cost
gets high there will be losses and the company will have to bear
the losses.
4.Responses generated:if there is no customer review another
customer will not be interested in the product so it should also
be monitored.
5.Sales generated:is the sales getting higher that should also be
noticed because if the sells doest get higher by the time then
there will be lossess.
ADMINISTRATION SELF PROMOTION PROGRAM
Selecting some of them that are appropriate to promote
product will give a good start.
1.Seize opportunities to self-promote:if there is a oppurtunity
to promote seak it beacuse every oppurtunity counts.
2.Help others to promote own product so both of our
promotion will be done in one advertising.
3.Speak with energy that why should people will buy it .
4.Take feedback from your audience so RND department
should know where are the flowses.
5.Make good feedback about own product so the customer
should get more involve in buying the products.
