Financial Perspective

Measures show in financial perspective will help Cavite State University to make their

mission and vision be in reality. Those measures will allow them to know if they are

financially stable and if they are maximizing their resources that need in achieving their

goal. Also, it will help them know if they are using the resources in helping achieving the

goal stated in mission and vision

Customer Satisfaction

Measures in customer satisfaction will allow them to know if they are adhering to their

goals. Also, it will provide as a guideline if there’s a area need to be improved. It will allow

them to assess if they are providing services to students accordingly. By the time

measures show a positive result they must maintain it and must focus on the other area

in achieving goal

Internal Business Process

The result will be based on good management of University itself. Those measures will

provide information whether they are giving excellent teaching program so that they can

achieve their goal. Furthermore, it will help them to analyze whether they promoting

culture adhering to their goal.
