    Commentaries, this document is made to apply a brief commitment upon my business.


    We strive to categorize our business into a success in a well known area. We conclude
    upon a categorized list within what we are known for in the past and present years.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    My restaurant's name is Brulee. We are a french coffee shop, we serve french food
    dishes and drinks complementary. We are a quite modern design for our build, and use
    linen, light grey, white, and many more colors in our french boutique. Our signature dish
    is Macaroons and Crepes. We are located at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Baldwin High
    School, 15227.

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    Brulee was created upon the french culture to add a spice upon the bakery and coffee
    shop generations. During our planning of the bakery, we wanted to admire the french
    foods, and include them in our business. As of now, we love the idea, and are working
    on major improvements.
