COVID-19 has affected many lives and most people are at risk of having the signs of
symptoms of the said disease. we all know that the low and the middle-income countries affect
their income that would lessen their budget. Not only that, some people don’t have the
knowledge on how to use the technologies or have them. as a community health nurse student,
we should spread our knowledge through technology or by organizing a program with the help
of the barangays that would help them to gain knowledge on how to prevent the spread or the
transmission of COVID-19 such as proper handwashing for at least 20 seconds with anti-
bacterial soap or washing hands with alcohol, or by wearing face mask and face shield to
prevent spread of the disease. Also, we should boost our Immune system by eating proper
meals and taking medicines to aid the immune system. We also know that the government will
give aid to the low and middle-income community but as we, as an individual, we should know
how to aid ourselves to keep us safe from the virus and to live a healthy life.
