Notes Regarding Tender:

This quote includes the following:

• (4) Cat6 cables from each suite to nearest maid closet (24
suites total)
• (2) Cat6 cables from each room to nearest maid closet (72
rooms total)
• (1) Wall mount patch panel installed on each maid closet
• (2) Cat6 cables from each maid closet back to mechanical
room (4 maid closets total)
• All plates, jacks, and terminations required
• All crown molding, or wiremold, required in each
room/suite, to be provided and installed by others
• (crown molding is highly recommended and we can quote
this with our carpenter if you like)
• Filler plate above upper cabinets in suite kitchenettes to be
removed, and reinstalled by others
• All work to be completed during normal working hours (M-
F, 7:00-16:00)
