King Edward VII College


Student's Feedback :
The students' feedback results are to understand students' understanding of the
leadership session they have attended this year. Along with this, the feedback result will
highlight, which is the best method and how they perceived the same.

The Grow Management Consultant conducted this survey by adopting some basic
questions

Question :
 What did you like most about studying at King Edward VII College?
 What do you like least about studying at King Edward VII College?
 Would you recommend your friends to study at King Edward VII College?
 What are you planning to do when you complete your studies at King Edward VII
College?
And which method engaged students effectively in this course.

 Online classes
 One- to – One Coaching
 Classroom training
 Self-paced training
 E-Learning
 Blended learning and training.
The survey was conducted on random basis. The questionnaires were sent to all 302
students of the college to gain the effectiveness of delivery of the training.

 The Overall response rate was (71%); 211 respondents have answered the survey
question.
 75% male and 25% female responded to the question.

Findings :
 Classroom Training was chosen as the best options for training by the student, and
it is considered the most effective way of learning
o Practical sessions with demonstration were chosen and liked by all the
students.
o It provided a space to ask open-ended questions
o Human interaction is always best in comparison to an electronic option
o It also supports blended learning, which is the best thing.
o The lifetime experiences that children were getting is efficient.
 One to One Coaching is placed as the second option, as it gives more spaces to
discuss and learn from the individual experiences.
 E-Learning method was chosen as the third-best options
 Self-paced learning rated the lowest training methodology, as most of the students
are unable to respond the things,

 The practicum I did with Grow Management Consultants was great, and the
classroom on the campus is very well organized.
 The courses are so interlinked with each other, and there is so much homework,
and which is really necessary to get success.
 This course has offered jobs to 60 students, which is an excellent thing for us.
 Ten of the students said they would start their own business after the completion of
the course.
Conclusion: The review has given the opportunity to conduct on the leadership
method and the delivery methods. In classroom training, the ability to ask questions
and interact with others is seen as the best option.
