Consultant Survey Results :


The consultants survey results to understand which training methods are considered as an
effective method of designing and delivering strategies. The overall goal is to gather these
data to ensure the choice of methods and affect the learning methods.

In the first phase of the consultant survey, the survey was conducted to rate their training
delivery experiences and working approaches with King Edward College.

Survey Questions :
 Are you aware of the partnership with King Edward VII College?
 Have you seen any benefits of the partnership with King Edward VII College?
 Have you experienced any difficulties associated with the partnership with King
Edward VII College?
 Is there anything about the partnership with King Edward VII College that you
would like to see improved?
Delivery Method:

 On Line classes
 One- to – One Coaching
 Classroom training
 Self-paced training
 E-Learning
 Blended learning and training.
The survey was conducted by sending questionaries to all 10 consultants of the Grow
Management Consultant.

 The Overall response rate was (100%) ;10 respondents have answered the
question.
 75% male and 25% female responded to the question.
Findings :
 Classroom Training was chosen as the best option by the staff, and it is considered
the most effective way of learning.
o It provided a space to ask open-ended questions
o Human interaction is always best in comparison to an electronic option
o It also supports blended learning, which is the best thing.
o The lifetime experiences that students were getting is very useful.
 Some ex students are getting opportunity to pursue the leadership session, as this
organization is providing evening sessions.

 Placement after completing the session, apprecteship with reputed organizations


are one of the best thing of this course. Approximately 30% of students got
apprecntship in the last week of their course.
 E-Learning method was chosen as the second-best method of training
implementation
 One to One Coaching is placed as the third option, as it gives more spaces to discuss
and learn from the individual experiences.
 Self-paced learning is rated as the lowest training methodology, as most of the
students are unable to respond the things, as the consultant described that, in this
method, low participation was observed in the given period.
 10% of the students feel the fees are a little bit more for them.
 The Coordination among Grow Management Consultant and King Adward College
staff is very effective.
Conclusion: The review has allowed conducting on the leadership method and the
delivery methods. In classroom training, asking questions and interacting with others is
seen as the best options.
