 The students love the practicums. We have observed that their skills are improved
a lot after taking the sessions.
 The sessions with Grow Management Consultant was a very good opportunity for
the students.
 One to One Coaching ranked as the second-best option to learn.
 On line classes and training rated in the third category of learning of leadership. It
is good in many ways, but as per the staffs, due to large volume, some time it is
difficult to respond the things.
 Self-paced learning is rated as the lowest effective training methodology, as most
of the students are unable to respond the things.
Conclusion: The review has given the opportunity to conduct on the leadership method
and the delivery methods. In the classroom training, the ability to ask questions and
interact with others is seen as the best option, and the staffs are in the view that It
would be great for the College's trainers to spend more time with the Grow
Management trainers. It is usually all about the students, but we have a lot to offer each
other, and we are not really getting the chance to take advantage of this.
