MATH DEPARTMENT MEETING

Present: Tessie L. Cadaucan, Catherine S. Fadriquelan, Jan Paula T. Apundar, Henly M. Regio, Kathrina Marie
L. Gonzales, Ma. Rosalie M. Gonzales, Celso B.Dela Pena, and Alvin Y.Manacop

Absent: Rovie Lim and Steve Paulo DelaCruz

Mrs. Tessie L. Cadaucan- conducted a meeting with her subordinates in Mathematics department on
December 8, 2020, at 10am. The meeting was held Via Zoom Application.

AGENDA:

1 . Action Plan

Everyone agreed to do what were written on the action plan for this school year.
1.1 MOVE – Mathematics on Visible Excellence will continue during this time of
pandemic.
Teachers agreed to have peered tutoring for each section to lessen SARDO.
1.2EMTC- Enhancing Mathematics Teachers Competencies
Teachers agreed to attend webinars for Professional Development.
Certificates will be consolidated quarterly.
1.3UAT- Unified Assessment Test
Teachers agreed to select learning tasks in the given module suited to the
ability of the students. Each grade level must had the same Weekly Home
Learning Plan.

2. Quality Circles of Teachers

Teachers agreed that every quarter there will be virtual meeting to address
the different problems of our students in academic learning that are arising during this
pandemic.

3. Organizing Math Club

Mrs. Catherine S. Fadriquelan was assigned to be the Club adviser for this
school year 2020-2021. Teachers agreed to have Outreach Program Entitled “ Project L-
O-V-E MATH” (Listen,Observe, Value and Embrace Math).

The purpose of this project is to assist students in the community who are in need of
assistance during this new normal education.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 am. The next virtual meeting will be held on
January,2021
