Officers agreed to be part of the different programs and projects of the school.

Resolution indicating that HPTA officers /Parents of Grade 10 Newton shall cooperate with the projects and
programs of Lecheria Integrated School.
WHEREAS, the HPTA Officers /Parents agreed that they shall cooperate with the projects and programs of
the school.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion by Emily Mejily, HPTA Vice President and duly seconded by Vhia Macaculop,
PTA Treasurer the said motion was approved.

CLASSROOM OFFICERS MEETING
GRADE 10 - NEWTON

Present: Kyla Macaculop, Jillian Lorraine Maningas, CJAY Abuan, Krisha Villanueva, Clarisse Ocampo
Absent: Haina Gonzales and Sofia Stephanie Gonzales
Mrs. Catherine S. Fadriquelan conducted a meeting with Grade 10 Newton Officers on Friday ,November 20,
2020 at 10am. The meeting was held Via Zoom Application.
AGENDA:
1. Donations for affected students during Ulysses Typhoon
Officers agreed to donate on second week of December.
2. Coaching and Mentoring of classmates who have lowest performance in the class.
Officers agreed to start their coaching and mentoring of classmates after the result of first quarter.
3. Counseling students particularly their classmates who are suffering from anxiety and
depression.
Officers agreed to identify student who are suffering from anxiety and depression due to Covid
Pandemic and Typhoon Ulysses
The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.

The next virtual meeting will be held on December 6,2020.

RESOLUTION NO.2
Resolution indicating that Classroom Officers of Grade 10 Newton shall do their tasks responsibly and shall
cooperate with the programs and projects of Lecheria Integrated School.
WHEREAS, the Classroom Officers agreed that they shall cooperate in donating basic necessities for the
victims of Typhoon Ulysses.
WHEREAS, the Classroom Officers agreed that they shall coach and mentor students who have lowest
performance in the class after the result of first quarter.
WHEREAS, the Classroom Officers agreed that they shall counsel students who were suffering from
depression due to Covid Pandemic and Typhoon Ulysses.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion by Krisha Villanueva, Classroom Vice President and duly seconded by Kyla
Macaculop, Classroom Treasurer the said motion was approved.
