1. Identify which typology you belong to mostly.

The Holland typology is the best known and most widely researched theory on this topic.
Professionals widely use it. Choosing a career or education program that fits your Holland
personality is a vital step toward career well-being and success–job satisfaction, good grades,
and graduating on time. You want to say, "Yes!" to the question, "Do you like what you do each
day?" Your career well-being depends on it. Most people are one of six personality types
Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional.

After considering Holland's 6 typology, I am Social typology. This typology involves-

 Likes to do things to help people -- like, teaching, nursing, or giving first aid, providing
information; generally avoids using machines, tools, or animals to achieve a goal;

 Is good at teaching, counselling, nursing, or giving information;

 Values helping people and solving social problems; and

 Sees self as helpful, friendly, and trustworthy

2. Give your reason with evidence/example.

I am Social typology because I have a fascination to help other people including my friends,
community, society, team mate. I want to work like a helper. I always try to solve other people
problems. In 2016 we established and operating a blood bank and where I am an active member
of this blood bank. Several times I donated blood and we provide blood for poor people without
any payment.

On the other hand, I am an active member of Khukumoni Foundations. Which destination is to

empower unprivileged children and youth societies in moral, social, institutional and practical
education and voluntary work for the benefit of socio-economic development in Bangladesh. I
also donate and actively work for Khukumoni Foundations.

Actually, I always love these types of social work as well as I want to contribute these types of
origination. I also resect these types of work. I have a plan to establish a not for profit
organization to serve the poor and helpless people.
3. What is Person-Organization fit? How important is it?

Person-organization fit is the compatibility between people and organizations that occurs when:
(a) at least one entity provides what the other needs, (b) they share similar fundamental
characteristics, or (c) both. Person-Organization fit (P-O fit) is defined as the compatibility
between people and organizations that occurs when at least one entity provides what the other
needs or they share similar fundamental characteristics or both. This is a type of Person-
environment (P-E) fit in the organization in which people may fit or misfit. P-O fit takes place
when the organization fulfils employee's needs, whereas, from all abilities-demands perspective,
their congruence between person and organization, when the employee possesses and
demonstrates the abilities to meet organizational demands.

How important is it?

Person-organization fit has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In general, Job satisfaction is
powerfully inclined by employees' assessment of the job and assignments they execute, which
are the vital components of P-J fit. Researchers concluded in their researches that p-O fit and P-J
fit should co-relate to evaluate job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive impact on Job
Performance.

Individuals are attracted to organizations with similar values, and organizations tend to hire such
individuals during the selection process. Finally, attrition becomes essential as the employee sees
first-hand the extent to which he or she is congruent with the organization, leading to a choice to
either continue working for or leave the company.
