1.0 Issue Description:

The current DH Grid drawer handles are not connected securely enough to the drawer
assembly and they continually come apart.

2.0 Resolution Description:

Replace the entire faceplate assembly with the new version, which
contains a new Grid drawer assembly. This requires the removal of the
DH skins to allow access for removing the DH Faceplate. Any existing
Upright DH currently has a vertically orientated drawer. This design no
longer exists and is to be replaced by a RH Faceplate Assembly.

3.0 Materials and Tools Required:

3.1 Tools Required:

“Drivers” for whatever the fasteners holding the skins on are.
2.5mm Allen Key, Ball end
3mm Allen Key, Ball end
4mm Allen Key, Ball end

4.0 Work Instructions:

 Take off all of the existing DH Skins. There are various fasteners
over the surface of the skins that need to be removed.
 Take off the existing DH faceplate, by removing 4x M5 fasteners
from the backside of the “mate plate”.
 Install the new faceplate assembly, using the existing M5
fasteners.
 Place the DH skins back on the Dh itself, re-using the existing
hardware.
