Inside Out is a 2015 Pixar film directed by Pete Docter that tells the story of Riley, a young girl who moves to a new city. Her emotions are represented by characters - Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger - who create memories from her experiences. When a core memory is saved as sad, it causes Riley to lose part of her identity and become sadder. The document compares Inside Out to the films Soul and Up, noting that while Inside Out and Soul both represent psychological systems through characters, Inside Out was more emotional, and Up was sadder due to Carl's loss of his wife.

Inside-out is a movie released in 2015 and directed by Pete Docter, relate the story of a little girl named Riley who moved to another city, the narrative of the movie shows us how the emotions work inside Riley's mind. The emotions are represented as characters: Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger, which are in charge of creating memories with a sentimental connotation. The problem emerges with a "core memory" that is saved as sad. Eventually, that makes Riley loses a part of her identity and becomes sadder than herself before. This story remembers me of when I saw "Soul" and the psychological system is represented with characters and actions that can change our decisions in life. I remember that Inside-out was more emotional than Soul to me, but UP (that is the same director) was sadder tan Inside out. The situations present to each character along with any movie represent a change in his own life, and how since then, they decide the other way. In this way Inside-out as emotional as Soul and UP. The saddest movie to me was UP, for the loss of Carl's wife. The story of each movie represents a different time in life, so that Joe Garnder(Soul) is older than Riley, and he is younger than Carl(UP!).
