Part 1 Preface

Our labeling machine mainly adopted Aluminum Alloy Anodization and 304
stainless steel, which make the machine structure more stable and durable.
The function of the machine is more modularization, the design more
humanization. It makes it easier to improve speed, and change the style
simpler. In the control circuit ,we use man-machine interface control, so it is
easy to master the operation of the machine. The excellent design of the circuit
design makes our machine have a world leading speed in labeling. With a
design of new concept, our machine needs less mechanical adjustment, and
improves the accuracy and speed of labeling. The operation instructions are as
follows:

Note: please use and maintain this equipment strictly according to


operation regulations of instruction manual, prohibit to open and
disassemble during guarantee period, otherwise any damage of this
equipment shall be regarded as artificial damage and not free repaired.
This instruction manual is subject to change without prior notice. If any
customer has doubt for the operation, welcome to contact with our
company for information at any moment.

Part 2 Safety Information for Machine Operation

In order to avoid unexpected accident of personnel and reduce damage


frequency of equipment, please read carefully relative safety items of this

instruction manual before switching on power supply.

 When operating with corrosive product,pay attention to avoid the product


touching or splashing to the equipment and operators.
 Not allowed to use this equipment in place with vibration or easy be
collided.
 When the equipment is in operation, body of operator shall be paid
attention to not touch with any part in motion.
 When installing the equipment, pay attention to avoid approaching
overheated or combustible materials.
 In order to avoid occurring safety accident, the operation place shall be
kept dry and earthing wire of power supply shall be earthed undoubtedly.
 Operator should keep his body and spirit in normal condition,if has taken
some medicines, such as alcohol,soporific or other drugs which may injure
mental state,he must stop to operate the equipment.
 Operator shall wear proper clothing and avoid injury caused by clothing of
operator is involved in moving parts or placing unrelated matter on the
equipment.
 If any abnormal phenomenon and noise is found during operation, please
immediately stop the equipment and carry out inspection.
 Do not adjust the parts of equipment at discretion except engineering and

technical personnel.
 Maintain the equipment regularly (once a week) and avoid water or any
liquid splashing electronic control box or other electrical parts when
cleaning it.
 Please keeping the equipment surface nattily and operate it according to
normal working process.

Part 4 Installation

4.1 Adjust of the Equipment and the Level of Conveyor Belt

 Adjust the height of the equipment


Loosening screw on top of casting, we suggest using jack as auxiliary support.

 Adjust the level of the conveyor belt


The level may be adjusted when adjusting feet bolts of the equipment and we
suggest
using leveling instrument as auxiliary measurement.

4.2 Connection of Electrical Box and Control Box

Connect correctly the plugs /group sockets of electrical box and control box
according to exposed pin number, the sensitive electronic eye should be also
connected as above said but the earthing of electrical apparatus must be
needed.

4.3 Connection of Power Supply

Connect correctly power supply according to specifications of electrical


devices, if the power supply fluctuation is too large, the voltage regulator shall
be equipped and pay attention to the effect of ground protection of power
supply.

Part 5 Functional Description and Troubleshoot

5.1 Description of Controlled Frame on Touch Screen

Three are totally three frames on touch screen


 the first is brief introduction of products and contact telephone of company
 the second is operation condition of the equipment and display of
production control information

 the third is setup, modification, memory and invoke of parameters, such as
operation and labeling of the equipment, that is described as below:

First Frame

Back : Press here with finger can back to the First Frame.
Data : Press here with finger can enter the Third Frame.
Start / Stop : Press here with finger can stop conveyor belt for preparation of
labeling, meanwhile turn the (Stop) to (Start) and press (Start) again can start
conveyor belt, labeling system and printing system.
Production Quantity : The number as labeling quantity in a given period can
be only displayed without modification.
CLR : Touch the rectangle picture block (set to zero) with finger can set target
quantity, residual quantity and production quantity to zero at one time.
Abnormal Termination : Press here with finger can relieve the alarm state of
the machine.
Conveyor--CLOSE : Press here with finger can start the conveyor belt,
re-press it can stop the conveyor belt.
Bottle Carrying Close : Press here with finger can start the bottle carrying
wheel, re-press it can stop the bottle carrying wheel.

Third Frame

Back : Press here with finger can back to the Second Frame.
Label Sending Speed : As proportional coefficient, the value scope is 0~300,
this value is bigger, the labeling speed is faster, touch the number with finger
can enter keyboard input method and the value can be fine adjusted by
pressing keys of (+), ( -).
Length : As the distance from head end of label to electronic eye of label, the
value scope is 0 ~ 999, units: mm, touch the number with finger can enter
keyboard input method and the value can be fine adjusted to change hanging
label length by pressing
keys of (+), (-).
Delayed : As the time length from electronic eye inspecting object to start
outputting label, touch the number at right side of labeling position with finger
can enter keyboard input method and the value can be fine adjusted by
pressing keys of (+), (-).
Conveyor Speed : The value covers a range 0~300. It is a ratio factor value.
The bigger the value is, the faster the speed of the labeling. The mode can be
input by the finger lightly touching numeral on the right side of Conveyor
Speed and the value can be fined with keys (+), (-) on the same line.
Bottle Carrying Frequency : The value covers a range 0~300. It is a ratio
factor value. The bigger the value is, the faster the speed of the labeling. The
mode can be input by the finger lightly touching numeral on the right side of
Bottle Carrying Frequency and the value can be fined with keys (+), (-) on
the same line.

5.2 Adjust Protection Fence

Adjusting Knob

In order to reach up to the highest array rate of product, the adjustment should
be carried out from the feeding direction; if the conveyer belt can be traveled,
more optimum effect can be obtained. When adjustment, the adjusting knob
should be loosened, adjust protection fence according to required width and
height and finally lock the adjusting knob tightly.

5.3 Adjustment of Labeler

After completing adjustment of protection fence, adjust the two turning handles
shown as diagram according to the height and label pastering position when
work piece passing through labeler, it should be operated smoothly as best as
one can.

5.4 Installation of Labeler

The position that can be mostly wrong passed through at the places of A and B
as shown below.

(1): It is method of packing paper when label winding inside.


(2): It is method of packing paper when label winding outside.
When passing through label, please pull and loosen label paper appropriately
and then tension the label paper with turning label wheel spindle C after
passing through.

5.5 Adjust Tightness of Pulling Paper


Adjust positions of fillet wheel D and press plate E (refer to label installation
diagrams DE) and then make label position of desquamation plate smooth as
diagram below.

5.6 Adjust Electronic Eye of Bottle

User need not adjust it again because it has been adjusted before leaving

factory in normal condition.

 Sensitivity Adjustment: Move the objects of electronic eye and

reflectoscope off, adjust sensitive adjusting knob of electronic eye to


minimal counterclockwise, adjust it clockwise to indicating lamp bright and
then turn hemicycle again, this is optimum position and the standard is no
secondary signal outputting when labeling object passing electronic eye.
 The position of electronic eye should not be changed at discretion because
it is relative with memory data.
5.7 Adjust Electronic Eye of Label
 When light is enough, run signal (yellow light) lights. If it does not light, it
means the light is not enough, and it can be adjusted it by pressing “+”.
 When put label(with base paper) back label sensor, the signal yellow light
does not light. If yellow light still light, it can be adjusted by pressing “-” till
yellow light turn off.
 When move label ( the base paper still is there), the signal yellow light
lights again. If it does not light, pressing “+” till switch valve is exact set.
 Put label straight in sensor groove, and than pull the label, when light pass
the clearance of the label, signal (yellow light) blink.
 When finish above steps, press “+” or “-” for 3 seconds that will lock all
above sets.
 After lock sets, if it need be adjusted again, press “+” or “-” for 3 seconds,
and adjust as above steps.
 If adjust position of label electronic eye, only to loosen knob of electronic
eye, because the position is relative with saved data and other parameters
should be adjusted correspondingly after changing.

5.8 Adjust the Position of Code Printer

 Adjustment of Horizontal Position: rotate turning handle;

 Adjustment of Vertical Position: loosen lock knob, open coder according to
movable sliding track and move to required position and tighten up lock
knob again.

Part 6 Basic Operation of Control Panel


6.1 Basic Operation of Control Panel

 Switch on the general supply (located at bottom of convey or belt), touch


screen will display the first frame after 1~2 minutes.
 Press (Next Page) with finger to enter the second frame, if want to input
quantity of planned production or statistic production,the setting to zero
and inputting target quantity should be carried out successively and the
concrete operations method can refer to previous sections.
 Now the series number is required by production,press (Start) again to
switch on conveyor belt and press (Open Labeling) to switch on printing
system , the (Open Printing) should be also pressed if equipped with
printer.

 If operating the equipment in the first time , the (Next Page) should be
pressed with finger to enter the third frame and to input, adjust and save
conveying speed, synchronous speed, outputting length of label, labeling
position and other parameters, the concrete operations method can refer
to previous sections.

6.2 Example Explanation

 Object Oimension: φ54mm×80mm Cylinder.


 Label Size: 150mm×50mm.
 Label Sensor Position: Between two guider—axis.
 Object Sensor Position: Near the side of nut with six angles .
 Label stripping blade position: The distance to the nearest guider—axis is
120mm.
 Object Interval: 150mm.

Input Parameter: label send speed: 2000 ; length: 65; delayed: 0

Labeling output:If labeling speed is 22m∕min , the labeling output is 90 pcs∕min.


( this is not the highest speed ). (this capacity is based on the calculation,
please take the practical production data as basis)
