Overview

The CGJ100 blow dryer is a supporting equipment with the

sleeve labeling machine. Its function is to blow off the water on the

bottle body after the bottle is washed, filled and capped, so as to

facilitate the sleeve labeling and shrinking of the back section.

he machine uses a fan with a power of 5.5KW or more to

blow the strong wind through an air knife with a gap of about 1mm

to blow the water from the bottle down from the bottle, so the water

is fast and efficient, and it is suitable for continuous production

lines to produce.

When the machine is working normally, the start and stop

of the blow-dryer are synchronized with the three-in-one

flushing-filling-sealing machine. When the three-in-one

flushing-filling-sealing machine starts, the blow-drying machine

also starts. When it stops, the dryer also stops. So as to

achieve automation with the host.

This machine is made of high-quality stainless steel

materials, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.

The machine is installed on the conveyor line and

seamlessly connects with the front and back conveyors.
