    ABSTRACT

    Sirombu Subdistrict, Wicth is located in the western part of west nias regency, is
    an area rich in tourism potential. In t is supposed to fulfill tourist facilities and
    infranstructure, however the current situation of this matter is still lacking and
    adequate.Therefore, it is necessayi to plan more serious tourism development and
    more precisely as a driver of increased tourim and creative economy,namely by
    building a reasort.The purpose of this research is to produce a resort with a local
    wisdom approacth that can support the inprovement and development of tourism
    activities in sirombu.The method used in this study is a descriptive method that
    contains an overview of the situation or event with a literature study approach,
    comprative studies,field surveys and interviews and the analyzetd according to the
    architectural design process both site analysis and room analysis as a result to
    produce concepts as a reference for the final desith.
