 COMMERCIAL STAND LEASE AGREEMENT

This is the document of the rental contract for a commercial stand,

which is signed by the company NUTRI-ARAZA, with RUT N °
800568254-2, with address for the purposes of this contract at CALLE
116 32 04 Floridablanca-Santander, represented by its Manager
SILVIA JULIANA TOLEDO, identified with CC: 1.005.565.014 who is
called LESSOR and FLOR IMELDA GUERRERO identified with CC:
1.041.214.235 who is the LESSEE, both of legal age, through this
contract we promise to comply with each and every one of the clauses
mentioned below.

FIRST: The landlord yields to the tenant and he receives the following
as a lease.
SECOND: The rental rate is the amount of $ 600,000 (SIX HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS) per month, paid in advance.
THIRD: The validity of this contract is 6 months, from October 30,
2020, until April 30, 2021.
FOURTH: The lessee claims to receive the commercial stand in good
condition and must deliver it in the same way, except for deterioration
caused by the legitimate use of the property.
FIFTH: The aqueduct and energy services are paid by the tenant.

SIXTH: THE LESSEE, it is prohibited to sublet, assign or assign to

third parties, which in any case must return to their owners.

SEVENTH: The lessee is totally prohibited from making improvements,

with the prior authorization of the landlord, those made without this
requirement will remain in favor of the property, without paying any
compensation for this concept.
EIGHTH: The contracting parties declare that in the execution of this
contract they have acted with complete freedom and knowledge of
their facts and obligations, we also declare to agree with the content
and signature of this contract that we signed in the city of
Floridablanca-Santander, at 30 October 2020.
