Resolution :
1. First check the ASIN in Pandash. If it
says the ASIN is hazmat, tell the seller the
same.

2. If Pandash says The ASIN is not a


dangerous good and can be processed by any
FC, then check the ASIN in CSI. See the
summary section - Is Item Hazmat?

1. If Yes, tell the seller that ASIN is


hazmat along with reason in listed in
Hazmat Attributes in CSI. E.g. SOLIDS
CONTAINING FLAMABLE LIQUID, N.O.S

2. If Unknown – Item was NOT checked by


Product Compliance], open a ticket to
Product Compliance to get ASIN
reviewed. CTI - Product Compliance >
Hazmat US/UK/DE/ES/FR/IT > ASIN Review
Request: Seller Support Group

Note – Product Compliance will resolve


the ticket after the ASIN is reviewed.

described in step 3 below, which will
then remove the errors from the
seller’s shipping plan.

to FBA Eligibility Team to request
revalidation of seller’s shipping

Error 2 –
“This SKU is not supported by the Global
Shipping Services program. To use Global
Shipping Services, remove this SKU. To send
this SKU to Amazon, create a new shipping
plan using your own carrier.”

Resolution:
Tell the seller that the Global Shipping
Service warehouses available in the
destination country cannot inbound this MSKU.
To send this SKU to Amazon, seller should
create a new shipping plan using their own
carrier.

If the seller wants to know why the warehouse cannot


inbound the MSKU, open FBA Item Eligibility Tool
[ EU | NA ], fill the details and submit. For
each MSKU, there will be reasons why a
warehouse cannot inbound the MSKU.

Check the filter reasons for below FCs (which


support Global Shipping Services) based on
marketplace:

NA - ONT2, ONT8, LGB8, IND2, IND5, MDW6, MDW8,


SDF8, HOU3, DFW6, MKC4, STL4, SMF3, LAX9, FTW2,
FTW9, MDW9, ABE3, IND4, MDT2, XIX6, ONT6, PHX3

EU - DTM2, BHX4, LIL1, MXP5, DTM1, LBA2, BVA1,


MXP3, BCN1, XESA

Note – The above lists of FCs are subject to


change in the future.

If the issue still persists, open a ticket to AGL


Tech Team. CTI – AGS > GIFT > Freight and provide
the merchant ID, marketplace ID and the shipping
plan ID.
