Finding Critical Tracking in the Catalog

1. First, navigate to https://catalog.ufl.edu/, and select Undergraduate Catalog

2. Select the Programs tab at the top, and then select majors. If you’re on a mobile device, use the
menu button on the top right (the three horizontal lines) to navigate to Programs, then Majors.

DESKTOP: Select Programs, then Majors

MOBILE: Select the Menu on the top right, then Programs, then Majors
3. Then, navigate to your desired major, and click on that major. We’re going to use Biology-CLAS
(College of Liberal Arts and Sciences) as our example. Click the “Learn More” button for your
desired major to go to that major’s catalog page.

4. Once you get to that major’s page, click on the Critical Tracking tab to view the critical tracking
requirements for that major. For majors that have more than one type of degree (like Bachelor
of Arts versus Bachelor of Science), or more than track (like Integrative or Preprofessional),
you’ll need to click on that specific program in order to view the critical tracking. We’ll click on
B.S. Preprofessional Biology as our program.
5. Now that we’ve selected our program, click on the Critical Tracking tab (next to the Overview
tab) to review the Critical Tracking requirements for this major.

Make sure to review the Critical Tracking requirements for your major(s) of interest and complete the
tracking requirements in each semester to ensure you are on track!
