responders.

The video explains different point of views of first responders, what it takes to be one. They
explain that they feel good about helping others in emergencies, but it takes a lot of work and

 Emergency Medical Technician: also known as an ambulance technician, is a health

what pressure blood flow is just starting, and at what pressure it is unimpeded. Manual
sphygmomanometers are used with a stethoscope when using the auscultatory technique.

abbreviated as IMV, is the medical term for artificial ventilation where mechanical means
are used to assist or replace spontaneous breathing.
 Gurney: a wheeled stretcher used for transporting hospital patients.

treatment, both medical and surgical, of the sick and the injured; and for their housing during this
process. The modern hospital also often serves as a centre for investigation and for teaching.

5- Write your opinion about how the emergency medical services (911) work in our country.

The truth is, I have only used it once in the middle of this pandemic and it was not good at all, it
still needs to grow with its services and also with the people who take care of emergencies, my
grandmother died in their hands for them not bringing enough oxygen, they arrived with an empty
tank.
