Greetings of Peace!

Please accept this letter of request for a time extension to complete our
work under the (state the program) program. It has been known to us that our
contract with the (Partner Agency) is about to end by July 2020 but due to the
Covid19 Pandemic which has been declared a national emergency by the
President and local authorities we are worried that we will not to be able to
comply with the deliverables of the project in its original anticipated schedule.
The catastrophe the world has been experiencing has caused unanticipated
delays to our lined-up events and activities. Like the others, me and the rest of
the project team started working from home as our local government unit is
observing the Enhanced Community Quarantine. We plan to extend our project
upto September 2020 so that we can complete all necessary activities that will
contribute to the success of the project.
