JOB POSTING
1) Posting site is ID (Indonesia) and work location is in Jabodetabek.
2) This package is fixed to one JobStreet.com website (Indonesia) with fixed work location in Jabodetabek.
3) This is a one-time offer only
4) This is a self posting DIY Package.
5) JobStreet.com does not allow job advertisements that have more than 1 job position in each job posting.
6) Advertisements posted will remain online for a period of thirty (30) days. All job advertisement posted will be stored in SiV A for 24 months from the posting date.
7) All resumes will be stored in SiVA for 12 months from the posting date of the advertisement(s) or the retrieval date from Resume Search database, whichever is earlier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) This Sales Agreement is binding between JobStreet.com and the Company, hereafter referred to as “Advertiser” and subject to t he “Terms of Use” stated in JobStreet.com’s website www.jobstreet.com.
2) Extensions will not be granted on unutilized credits past the expiry date
3) All contents of recruitment and job banners are subject to JobStreet.com approval.
4) JobStreet.com reserves the right to cancel the services in this Sales Agreement and any advertisement related to it at our reasonable discretion or if the terms in this Sales Agreement is breached.

6) This Sales Agreement is not revocable by the advertiser.
7) The advertisements are for the sole usage of the advertiser and cannot be resold and/or transferred to any third party nor is it applicable f or group of companies, conglomerates and BPOs.
JobStreet.com has the right to cancel resold advertisements and charge the advertiser the normal rates if the advertiser is found to have resold / transfer advertisements.
