Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for
creating, managing, and optimizing our Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish. The successful candidate will
have a deep understanding of how to leverage Facebook's advertising platform to achieve business objectives and
deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of Facebook advertising campaigns, including creative development,
targeting strategy, and budget management.
● Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives, making
necessary adjustments for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling ads that resonate with our target
audience and drive engagement.
● Conduct regular A/B testing on various ad components (e.g., images, text, landing pages) to identify the most
effective strategies.
● Provide detailed reports and analysis on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for
improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Facebook's ever-changing algorithms and ad
policies.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.

● Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, ad optimization, and audience targeting.
● Proficiency in performance metrics and social media KPIs.
● Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
