Broad-Minded (Open-minded)
Those who are high in openness seems to thrive in a situations that require being
flexible and learning new things. Showing how open-minded we are instills confidence in our
supervisors that we are teachable and coachable. Open people are high adaptable in change,
and teams that usually experience unforeseen changes in the task. We need to accept changes
quickly in order to success are goals regardless the unforeseen changes and challenges.

Responsible (Dependable, reliable)


Our responsibility can be thought of how the way we respond to a certain situation and
how we respond is our choice. It is a major component of our personal character that get
tested every day. Every choice we make shows the world an image of the kind person you are
through that we can be dependable or reliable to them. Our actions that guided by a strong
work ethics and beliefs can helps us built a strong personal character.

Obedient (Dutiful, respectful)


Being obedient in the workplace help in protecting the rights and safety of the
employees. It also helps in fulfilling the company goals, the entire team is working hard toward
the same goals and required to follow the same regulations laid down by the company you
have your different duties that can help the company to achieve its goals. It can also create
uniformity in the company, it helps maintaining consistency and uniform workflow. However,
when a employee violates a certain rule, it can affect the workflow and makes it difficult for the
team members to accomplish the task.

Honest (Sincerity, Truthful)


Honesty in a workplace encourage a sense of trust and sincerity to our co-workers, the
company and the community. More employees appreciate transparency from the company
even if the information they receive is negative. We want to know if our performance our poor
rather than being kept in the dark. A honest communication is encourage to the employees to
create a safe environment that places trust in our employees/co-workers to handle our duties.
Courageous (standing up for your beliefs)
They say the issues related to business can be solved by working hard, working late
hours and taking additional responsibilities but I believed there more than that. Employees
must be taught to work smart. Courage is about learning to act truthful manner in using our
heart and spirit. Being Courageous allow us to choose reflections over actions which means we
are not required to act immediately in order to confront what we feel is wrong, rather we
recollect our beliefs and our self to deal with the situations in cool and calm manner in order to
avoid unpleasant situations
